By using Nepbyte Bazaar you confirm you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use our services. We may update these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.

Nepbyte Bazaar is an independent online gaming top-up center based in Nepal. We offer in-game currency top-ups for Free Fire (Diamonds), PUBG Mobile (UC), Clash of Clans (Gems), Clash Royale (Gems), Roblox (Robux), and TikTok (Coins). We are not affiliated with any of these platforms or their developers.

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity or violations of these terms.

• You must provide a valid and correct in-game player ID. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect IDs provided by you.
• All prices are in Nepali Rupees (NPR). Payment must be completed before processing begins.
• We accept eSewa, Khalti, and bank transfer. You must comply with your chosen provider's terms.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent.

Important: Always double-check your player ID before confirming. Incorrect IDs may result in delivery to the wrong account and cannot be reversed.

We aim to deliver all top-ups within few minutes of payment confirmation. Delays may occur due to game server downtime, payment verification delays, busy schedule, work load or high order volumes. If your order has not been delivered within 30 minutes to few hours of payment, please contact our support team.

• Using our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Using stolen game accounts
• Not following the payment rules
• Placing orders with false player IDs to fraudulently obtain refunds
• Reselling our services without prior written permission
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Attempting to hack or reverse-engineer our systems
• Harassing or threatening our staff

Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement where applicable.

• We are not liable for in-game account bans or penalties imposed by game developers.
• We are not responsible for loss of in-game items or currency after confirmed delivery.
• We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in dispute.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or are engaged in activity harmful to our business or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
